This 3-month program is for all leaders and line managers and will help you transform YOU and YOUR management style by embedding Operational Coaching® into your interactions with your team and those around you. The program includes an APMG (APM Group) International Certification or a UK OFQUAL Level 3 Certification.
STAR® Manager
This 6-month program is for anyone with direct responsibility for developing their team. It includes all the STAR® Coach modules plus an additional 10 modules to help you learn how to develop OTHERS including including goal setting, giving feedback, handling difficult and challenging conversations, and delivering 1-to-1s. The program includes an APMG (APM Group) International Certification.
